The culture is pretty awesome and has staying power. The intern program is amazing, and everyone is actually happy that the interns are there.
Sometimes things can get "hacky" because the company is so small and everyone has so much on their plate; working code speaks louder than words/design. As a fulltime employee, you will occasionally have to put in merciless overtime.

2 LeetCode questions (medium to hard level): * Stacks: Parenthesis modification * Linked Lists: Reverse k nodes in group Be clear with explanation and logic. Do a dry run of the code and explain it along.
Software Engineer Intern
They asked just two LeetCode Mediums, all from the LeetCode tagged list. Simple follow-ups were asked afterwards. I did not need to run code, but I had to give the runtime and space complexity.
