It provides many activities. Weekends activities include beach park, baseball games, zoos, etc. Informative sessions include summer fest and research informative sessions for Ph.D.
Open work environment. The work atmosphere is very good. You get to work with many talented people and learn from their profession and efficiency. They have many support groups, and each one of them can help you with some area with which you have difficulty.
Perks are very good. You get three free meals a day, and you get many free stuff.
I cannot think of many disadvantages. For people who don't like working at a high pace, it might not be good to work at Facebook.
