From great to mediocre
Work on the team is interesting. Food is great.
One guy on the team keeps backstabbing, bullying, and bossing others around.
It slowly destroyed the working environment.
Sometimes it feels disturbing and distracting when you want to accomplish something.
Instead of sitting back and waiting for your "close friend" to tell you what's going on, you need to spend time and look carefully at what's going on. People who are focusing on their work often don't talk so much.
