Reasonable TC, Bad management
TC depends on the location. It is good in London, although it is far below than MPK.
Management is bad. EM/PM asked to proceed with projects that were already completed by other teams. After a few months, they asked to explain the differences and consolidate the projects.
Please research similar projects before assigning ICs.
