- Compensation
- Office: Tech is good, and snacks and drinks are usually nice.
- Work-Life Balance: This depends. In most teams that I saw, you can make a bare minimum and get an average rating on your performance review without big issues.

London food is awful, compared to USA offices: little choice of meat, and side dishes are strange. Desserts are good, though.

There is an unreasonably high number of management layers in some organizations, and some managers look incompetent.

Engineering culture is weird in some places. For example, sometimes people spend more time on writing documents than on coding. Even worse, a very few people would read those documents.
- Reduce costs on RL; they don't deliver that much.
- Remove layers; it's annoying to see all of these layers without much value from them.
