A good place to grow and learn
LOTS of freedom and responsibility given to engineers. Engineers are to a large extent doing the product management work.
Good technical infra.
Lots of smart people to learn from.
Good perks (food in office, insurance, partial childcare coverage etc.). The company is trying to make sure that nothing is distracting you.
Good work-life balance. The work does not end strictly at 6, but working late hours is very rare.
In 2021, the return-to-office campaign was very slow, with limited options other than working from home. I felt very isolated, but this is changing now.
