Censorship, and toxic culture in general. You can't be open unless you support a particular side. People have been driven out by the toxic culture for having wrong opinions, unless they are able to suppress themselves.
As engineers, you will have to constantly look for what to work on; this adds extra responsibilities. There are very few product managers, program managers, etc., so all those responsibilities have to be taken by engineers.
Too fast-paced, sometimes just for the sake of pace or 'impact'.
