  • Decent competitive pay.
  • Good internal mobility.
  • If you make the effort, others will listen.
  • Lots of interesting projects, if you are in the right teams/pillars.
Cons
  • Lots of boring projects, if you are in the wrong teams/pillars.
  • Negative financial outlook.
  • Constant fear of layoff.
  • Constant pressure for performance.
  • Mechanical PSC evaluation (difficult if you are not a good fit to the team skill-wise).
  • Lots of restructuring, making it difficult to settle in a position. Easy to get into wrong projects.
  • Lack of original ideas from the top.
Advice to Management
  • Have an original idea that galvanizes people.
  • If you make a strategy, give it some time. Restructuring every 3 months gives the impression that the top management has no clue.
  • Improve morale, not by constant talk of fluff, but by showing good direction.
