Horrible company (with some great parts)
- A lot of great people to work with from all over the world, having a wide range of talents.
- The compensation is quite good, especially taking into account the stock appreciation.
- Constant change of priorities; planning is a joke.
- As an engineer, you're lucky if you can work on engineering problems 20% of your time. The rest will be paperwork and useless meetings.
- In-house tools are garbage and constantly break, slowing you down.
- Ultimately, you are not doing your work to improve things; you are earning "self-review points".
- Management is incompetent and often making your life worse on purpose.
- Extremely political. Simply doing your job well is a guaranteed way out of the company in many orgs.
