The company has no shortage of great problems to solve. Flexibility to work on what you prefer, as long as you're able to defend it during your performance review. No blocker to personal growth and a very fair promotion system. Compensation is much higher than the market average.
- The recent layoffs made work hours much longer.
- Unjustified termination due to lack of law performers.
- Constant reorgs and internal instability.
- Constant direction change by leadership and middle management.
- Provide more stability for employees, treat them with more respect
- Focus on great talent not long working hours
