Working at Meta, I'm able to work on top problems that the company is facing on a great scale, which can actually change the industry for the better. Recent layoffs were bad and affected many great engineers, but as a company and team, I feel like we are focusing on more efficient work and can prioritize our projects better.
Overall experience in different orgs within Meta feels VERY different. Some have more clear vision, some are looking for it. You might like one over another, so being in the right team is crucial to be most productive.
