The management is not mature and constantly makes bad decisions that lead to unreasonable overspending. The company is centered around one person, and its fate is exposed to his whim. This makes its future, as well as your employment, unpredictable.
Don't saddle a trend or hype. Behave as a well-established business rather than a garage start-up.
