Very bad culture due to the fear of getting fired. The work is futile in most departments, and people come up with ways to extend work just to show it in feedback cycles. Managers throw people under the bus who are working tirelessly and stressed throughout. There are people who are playing the system; it's a game, really, not a workplace where engineering is done at its best. It's 1% engineering and the rest is gaming the system.
