Great salary and work environment.
Great opportunities to grow.
We used a lot of internal technologies that are not available outside of this company. Despite there being many open-source equivalent technologies outside, the usage may be really different. You can spend years working with containers but be a complete Docker n00b.
Depending on your team, you may find some teams where people are less cooperative and more competitive, behaving more as individuals than as a team, which is not nice, at least for me.
