Phone Interview They provide a practice interview now, before you take the actual interview. That was very helpful for feedback. The actual phone interview was not very hard if you are well prepared.

The process was long due to layoffs and the hiring backlog for IC4 roles. The technical screen involved two LeetCode Medium problems. I received news a few days later that I passed, but the process was frozen because of the layoffs.

Asked me about algorithms questions and some questions about data structures. They also asked how I would manipulate and reorder a linked list to determine the runtime of a system that is running high-performance, mission-critical work.
