If you can get a management role, you will be in heaven. Most managers have a very easy life; they only need to care about their team not getting downsized in the political wrestling.
Manager turnover rate is too high. I've had 8 different managers in three years. Some areas have a lot of politics; watch who is the head of that department.
Instagram and Messenger have a pretty bad culture at this moment.
There's literally no life when you want to get good performance review ratings.
Fire those managers who don't have good pulse reviews.
Don't keep bringing in lots of managers from outside, especially from companies with bad cultures. They bring the bad culture into the company as well.
