The people at Facebook are simply awesome. Not just talented, but they are interested in mentoring and supporting you as well. The primary reason I don't see leaving the company anytime soon is the people.

Internal transfers are easy. You can use them well for growth and move around the company quite quickly.
- Workload is going to be heavy and stressful.
- Offices are not dog-friendly.
