I need a more private workspace
Fast-moving company. Good compensation. One of the most recognizable companies in the world.
Family work-life balance can be a little tough for people with actual families.
An open table work environment can be counterproductive for engineers. Too much noise and visual distraction is quite negative for a positive workflow.
It seems to suit new college graduates, as it looks more like a college computer lab than a mature/productive workplace design.
Provide a workplace with more privacy.
