The interview process was simple: I was contacted by a recruiter and set up a time for a technical interview. Prior to that, I submitted my resume via Facebook's website.

1 phone call by recruiter; Once recruiter feels okay, she sets up a phone interview, which is a technical interview. Passing that, you go onsite for 5 onsite technical interviews.
