I had one phone interview and four on-site interviews: two coding, one cultural plus coding, and one system design. My experience suggests that I should not have wasted my time with Facebook. It seems they interview people without giving them offers

Talked to a recruiter at a job fair on campus and was later invited to an on-campus coding interview. Invited to an onsite, which consisted of another fairly quick coding interview and a day-long tour of the Facebook campus.
