- The internship plan/project wasn't clear. There was almost nothing in it, and I figured out some projects to work on.
- The evaluation scheme for the internship was a disaster too. It was more of a like/hate evaluation rather than a good/bad performance in the project.
Make a kind of a scheme for the mentioned cons for a fair chance for everyone.
