Great workplace, compensation, and benefits
Overall, I enjoyed my time at Meta. It has amazing internal tooling and a bottoms-up culture. The experience will be highly dependent on your direct team/manager, but overall, for a big tech company, Meta is good if you want to work hard and have a shot at fast promotions.
Product philosophy boils down to finding north star metrics and then pushing them up. There are definitely some empire-building middle managers.
