Excellent engineer culture
Excellent engineer culture
- Everyone focuses on the whole product instead of the success of each individual project.
- Engineers, even junior engineers, have lots of opportunity to propose projects.
- Everyone gives constructive feedback to others, improving each other.
- High pressure for performance review.
- Work-life balance could be very bad if your manager doesn't care or you don't insist.
