Currently, internal mobility is not too difficult. You do have to be in the team that you started on for at least a year before being eligible to change teams, but it's not hard to do so after that.

Culture/WLB has recently gone downhill due to everyone being worried about stack ranking. Folks are less willing to help onboard new folks (could be intentional due to stack ranking or unintentional - too busy, can't prioritize onboarding). People frequently work nights and weekends as well.
