Great pay, but high stress and bad work-life balance

Pros

Great benefits - one of the best health, dental, and vision insurance plans, on top of delicious free food, shuttles, and a generous salary.

Good pay.

Currently, internal mobility is not too difficult. You do have to be in the team that you started on for at least a year before being eligible to change teams, but it's not hard to do so after that.

Cons
  • Lots of politics and fighting for scope.

  • Culture/WLB has recently gone downhill due to everyone being worried about stack ranking. Folks are less willing to help onboard new folks (could be intentional due to stack ranking or unintentional - too busy, can't prioritize onboarding). People frequently work nights and weekends as well.
