Pros
  • Large array of projects from front-end to back-end.
  • Freedom to choose any project or team after a 6-week bootcamp.
  • Flexibility in switching teams. It is very easy to switch to a new project after finishing with one.
  • Open company culture. There are no secrets, and the CEO meets weekly for a Q&A where anything can be asked.
  • Flexible hours, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
  • Completely in charge of your own schedule. You are only given a deadline, and how you get the project done is up to you.
  • Very friendly and accessible management.
Cons

Sometimes the dev tools are outdated. If you want to always work in the newest IDEs, then you may have to set that up yourself on your own work system.

Flexible hours may turn into always working late if not careful with time/perk management.
