Pros
  • You get to work on some apps that everyone uses.
  • Internal tooling is good, but this can be a con, as this doesn't translate to industry standards.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Office is cool, I guess (but you rarely have time to enjoy it).
Cons

Culture has quickly soured since the start of 2025, and it's gotten real bad real fast.

Management is very opaque about decisions, especially when it comes to people (firings/layoffs/benefit cuts/etc.).

Performance reviews? Just Google "PSC Meta" and read up on it.

Advice to Management

Recent changes are confusing - stock is doing well, everything was working. Now everything is chaotic, with opaque and borderline mean-spirited changes. Transparency about changes would help, but since employee input seems ignored, I doubt I can give any advice
