The process was smooth and well-organized by the recruiter. It included online screening, followed by three rounds of interviews: two technical and one behavioral. The coding questions were medium and hard LeetCode questions.

Pretty standard. Just grind LeetCode. They basically want you to make zero mistakes and solve problems like a robot. They don’t really care about your thought process, just that you find the most optimized solution ASAP.
