Great company. Lots of opportunity to grow as a developer
The perks at Facebook are unmatched in Silicon Valley.
They offer free laundry service and possibly the highest quality free food on the planet.
The environment is very demanding, with a poor work-life balance. There is an expectation to put in as many hours as necessary, and it can be very stressful.
Management is very hands-off and will let their engineers drive the direction of the company. This style is enjoyable at times, but I feel they would benefit from occasionally taking a more active role in their employees' work.
