- No such thing as under-utilized/over-qualified for a job. When you're stuck in that situation, you aren't challenging yourself enough.
- Tax. (Well, it's everybody's problem. But I heard some startups give you salary, tax-less.)
- Got some problem with HR regarding compensation. But it was my mistake for being too late.
