Everyone is really, really smart, and the number of people doing awesome things every day is incredibly inspiring and humbling. There is an unmatched potential for learning here compared to anywhere else.
You have to be really self-motivated to find and execute on awesome things and become one of the really, really smart people doing awesome things. You might think that's the case everywhere, but I feel like here, especially, you have to stand up and do things if you want to stand out. Be prepared to keep doing so over and over and over if you want to stay relevant.
