Perks are so great (3 meals a day, 5 days a week; microkitchens; ping-pong; no set hours; they do your laundry for you, etc).
You're given a good deal of freedom in what you choose to work on.
You have huge impact (you push code to a billion+ people weekly or even daily).
Expectations are pretty high (this isn't necessarily a bad thing).
It's a software engineering gig, so work is somewhat isolating, but no more so than any other similar job.
