Top reason: the people at Facebook. They are the most brilliant and smartest people I have ever met. They provide you with an awesome learning experience and a very cool work culture.
Other reasons: Nice salary package, great food, minimal politics, and other nice perks (too many to explicitly state!)
I can't think of any except for one compared to smaller startups. The low-hanging fruit on the infrastructure side is pretty much all gone now, so to make improvements or impact takes a lot of time, hard work, and requires you to go very deep into one particular aspect.
