Very flexible schedule. I generally come into the office at 1 p.m. Sometimes I leave at 10 p.m., sometimes I leave at 2 a.m., sometimes [Fridays] I leave at 7 p.m. Sometimes I work from home. Sometimes I work from Hawaii.
