Men's urinals have dividers (none of that "open" urinal crap). Men's bathroom stalls are well built. You'd have to hug the ground to catch a glimpse of someone's shoes. The slits on the sides of the stall doors are also very narrow. Good place to grow if you can move fast. Good pay. They have quiet/nap rooms. Not sure why there's lotion in there. Free snacks and drinks (Microkitchens). Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nice office.
- WLB can be team-dependent.
- There's much less flexibility in choosing/changing teams now.
- They stopped re-stocking microkitchens as frequently.
- You'll get roasted if you ask about Meta days during live Q&As with Zuck. (Shout-out to my boy "Gary from Chicago". Thanks for taking one for the team).
