The environment is perfect for a Software Engineer. With all the amenities given at Facebook, you will never want for more.
It's rough to get in. I went through the interview process and failed. My advice: just keep trying. The rough journey is worth it.
Hire more interns! Universities have so many good candidates that are being missed out on. Make it a bigger priority.
