Encountered lots of nasty things: a toxic environment, racism, favoritism, etc. Overall, not nearly as bad as Uber, but once you are a certain size and have been there long enough, you'll encounter these things.
Talked to a bunch of people before I left. Management issues (incompetency) were very widespread, as FB favors internal promotions over outside hires.
