The interview was an overall positive experience. The first interview was a standard screening by HR, mostly to see if you are a good general fit for the company. I had a second interview about a week later.

Smooth interview process. The pipeline was prompt, and the process took 2 months from end to end to complete. I applied through an employee referral in the Montreal office.

I couldn't even get to talk to the interviewer because of multiple communication issues. First, we scheduled our first call, and I received a confirmation email with a date and time for my time zone. I also got a link to set up a profile on facebook
