Management can be really hit or miss.
Lots of churn and it's hard to get a manager that supports you well. This is better for early career growth than senior career growth.
Chaos of products to build. We've lacked innovation due to a short-term focus on "impact" and just copying our competitors.
Standardize management better and hold them accountable.
