Good people, bad codebase
Usually, a team consists of really nice people, so if you’re stuck or have a question, they will sincerely try and help you.
The codebase is extremely bad. Meta has its own variation of already available tools that you have to use, and that make the development experience slow and unenjoyable, with no plans to address it.
