Terrible work-life balance since the layoff; endless work. Senior folks each have some jobs for you, and you have to make all of them happy. Salary and bonus cuts.
Be clear about the roadmap and do not do unnecessary work, changing things back and forth. Raise compensation. Leaders should take more pay cuts since they are more responsible for the company.
