Competitive compensation, allows remote work, good people.
Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough real problems to work on, bogged down by years of tech debt and infra migration. It moves very slowly now. Products are also bloated and features can't be removed, so maintenance overhead perpetually increases.
Have a clearer vision for what needs to be done, with user wellbeing in mind.
