Great company, uncertain future
Good pay package and benefits.
People are generally smart.
Too much inefficiency. Recently hired managers changed the company culture to a point that Meta now resembles IBM.
Information overload. Many siloed teams.
Too much management. If you cut half of the managers and use the money for hiring talented ICs, the company will probably run better.
