I applied through a referral. I heard back literally the next day. I scheduled the "chit-chat" with the recruiter about 4 days later. Then, I had my phone interview after 3 weeks. I failed on the second question.

Terrible experience. The recruiter scheduled a chat for onsite interview prep but no-showed. When I sent them an email, I got an automatic response saying they're out of office. LOL?
