Smart people, poor leadership
Really good people to work with. The pay used to be good before the stock tanked, but benefits are still on the good side, though I'm losing these fast.
Poor leadership throughout. Everyone in the organization is laser-focused on metrics. Not a lot of attention paid to user feedback.
Be patient developing new products. Don’t keep swinging the metrics goal to the opposite extreme ends.
