Pros
  • Pay is very high.
  • Bonuses are good.
  • Stock is excellent.
  • Leadership seems to know what they are doing.
Cons

Culture only pretends to be bottoms up. All important decisions are made top down and in a secret way. You find out after the fact. No matter how many Q&A questions get answered, nothing is ever changed by them.

Constantly have to walk on eggshells. They have an internal anonymized microaggression reporting tool. If you end up on it, you can be fired. You can be reported by anyone for anything they feel hurt their feelings in any way.

People will pretend to get offended by something you did as a means of politically attacking you or trying to discredit your work. If someone claims to be offended, you don't find out about it; they go straight to your boss or to HR.

Advice to Management

Improve transparency about how and why decisions are made. Quit pretending to be bottom-up. Discourage the rampant culture of feigned feelings as justification for political backstabbing. Being spineless isn't a virtue.
