Advice to Management

If you want great people to stay, invest in making your employees feel valued.

It initially felt that management was really advocating for belief in the mission and product. However, that has since changed, and it appears that management believes compensation is sufficient for retention. It is not.

Many engineers at the company are sad due to recent policy changes and are not performing well.

My advice would be to rethink how the company treats its employees.
