Meta is a great place to work and build your career. It also rewards high performers.
It is a big tech, so it has its cons. :)
I am not in that position to give advice to the management. I consider management is doing good. It's one of the few founder-led companies. Whether that's good or bad, I'm not sure, but I prefer to work on companies that are founder-led.
