The initial interview is an online code exercise. The interviewer will give the candidate two exercises and ask for a walkthrough of the solutions. The first exercise is relatively easy, and the second is a little harder.

The recruiter was nice, and all the interviewers were friendly. I solved all the questions but still failed the interview. I think they really need code that is totally bug-free! It is said interviewers will run the code from a whiteboard.

A typical tech-industry interview process involves whiteboarding and coding. This can range from superficial, trivial questions to deep systems knowledge questions. It is a very difficult interview, but a very rewarding experience.
