While I hear it's faster than other big companies, everything moves at a snail's pace, while at the same time being chaotic and lacking consistent direction from executives. Part of the slowness is necessary – the risk of introducing another privacy mistake or breaking critical services is too high. But part is because decision-making is chaotic and inconsistent.
