Super competitive pay, nice perks. Though at least in Seattle, we don't really have similar perks (discounts for lots of shops and tourism places) as Microsoft. Nice building and great, great free food and high-quality drinks. Smart people around you, interesting projects always.
High pressure and relatively bad work-life balance. But most people may not care that much since the pay is good enough.
Also, as the company grows, you start seeing some toxic colleagues here and there.
In terms of benefits, I am wondering when we will have 401k matching to the up limit ($9000).
